   I'm having troubles with permissions right now and i never had problems with permissions, i am op'd and every time i try any command it says i don't have permission to use that command also when i talk instead of color it comes out looking like this [+ACY-6Admin+ACY-f]<+ACY-4wonderjunk>:message
   instead of having admin colored orange and wonderjunk colored red...
