[REQ][ADMN/CHAT] ColorPermissions

This is a request so i hope someone can complete it.

I would like it to look something like this.

<Rank> <Username>

But, You can config it to look like this.

<Rank> <Username>

And You Can Also Add Color to the "<" and ">"

<Rank> <Username>

The Reason the titles says PERMISSIONS is because there will also be a config file of what PLUGINS the ranks could use. Such as "Essiantials" but below there would be what indivual commands they CANNOT use.

Final outcome:
<Admin><Guy> My chat message. (&f is white, but that doesn't show up obviously)

 

Nope. Does it have permissions for PLUGINS, didn't think so and it comes out like this.
