Need help with essentials rules

when i add these rules i to essentials then join the server all the essentials commands dont workplease help

- '[9] For guests to build type &5/mvtp guestworld'
- '[10] You can get items by /i'
- '[11] To clear your inventory type /ci'
- '[12] Owner will protect your buildings on request'
