Have you tried a different port? Also, it does appear that if you set your server-ip to an internal ip other than the one your computer is currently using and that ip has a Minecraft server running on it, you will get that error. I would clear out your server-ip to prevent this.
there is a program to port forward specfically minecraft. i had found it some where on google awhile back....
I tried leaving it blank, and it isn't set to another computer, and there wouldn't appear to be another Craftbukkit running on my computer, or another one on my network. My internal IP is 10.0.1.5, and the portforward on my router is set for my external ip on 25565 is set to forward to 25565 on 10.0.1.5. I think this was caused by impatiently waiting for the process to quit. I know how to portforward. Seems to be working again...Thanks.
