Change Name Above Head? HELP PLEASE

    I checked to see if this was possible a few months ago and the general responce was "No".

    However I have noticed the plugin "Capeme" has introduced a similar feature, (changing the name above head with prefixes)

    IS it possible? Is there a plugin? Somebody PLEASE link me!
