[REQ]or[helpFIND] Plugin that protects you while AFK!

i was think if there is a plugin like this.
If not it would be nice if maybe there is a command like, /afkme and a 4x4 bedrock cage that is 4x in height which spawns under you and around you, with signs around the middle of this "cage" saying, "I am AFK!."
Because simply making the character invincible is too easy lol. Also i hate the noobs building Wood structures around you when afk for a while...

But make the bedrock or indestructible material go away once you walk or do the command again (and not destroy blocks)
