Allow Protection V for Leather, Gold, and Chainmail Armor

What I want: Ability to combine enchanted books of protection IV with armor pieces that are also enchanted with protection IV, making an armor piece with protection V. This would only work with leather, gold, and chainmail armor. Example: I have a chainmail helmet with Protection IV. I have an enchanted book with Protection IV. In an anvil, I place the helmet followed by the book, which outputs a chainmail helmet with Protection V.
