Bukkit not detecting multiworlds?

  1. I just updated to newest bukkit/minecraft/plugins today, after waiting for things to settle down a bit after 1.6. I had 3 extra worlds in addition to my main world on the server, and just used /world <name> to warp to them to set up teleporters for my friends to use to get around.

But now, it seems like the server isn't seeing the extra world folders at all. It created a new nether world (which is fine), it still reads my main world perfectly, and I get no errors. Whenever I do /world <whatever> it just says a valid number is 0-1 or the name of the world, but the names aren't working and 0-1 is obviously just main/nether.

When I run the server, it sets the spawn area for main & nether but I see no message about any other worlds. I haven't modified or moved the world folders since running the server on the previous MC&bukkit versions, am I missing something obvious?

    The plugins I'm using:
    Essentials 2.3
    Runecraft 2.7
    Fast Obsidian 1.0
    Heavenly Mob 0.3
    Blast Control 1.0.4
    DropPlugin 1.2.1

These are the exact same mods I was using previously actually, just the updated versions.

Any help would be appreciated! I'm considering adding multiverse/permissions to test that, but since it seems like the server itself just isn't seeing the world files, not sure that'd help and it'd be a hassle at the moment.

    Thanks!

  2. Just to follow this up...

I've tried removing all plugins except Essentials and still had no luck. I ran it without Essentials as well, but I can't warp to other worlds without that (without installing yet more mods), so that was fairly moot. I've run the server without the world files in the folder, then moved them back in. I've renamed them, renamed them more. And I just tried build #823 of craftbukkit, and still nothing seems to be working. I just can't get the server to see the world folders.

Nothing has changed, right? Previously I just dropped the world folders in the bukkit folder, same as the base world folder is, and it picked them up by itself (or Essentials did, at least, and everything else worked with them). But now it's like they don't exist.

I'm pretty much out of ideas. I can try a different multiworld plugin but I really don't want to use any of the other options, Essentials + Runecraft was perfect.

what plugins exactly are u using right now?

  4. Just the ones listed in my first post there. I'm considering trying Essentials 2.2 which is what I was using on the MC 1.5.x server, because I'm pretty sure that's the problem. For whatever reason Essentials isn't looking at the other worlds now.

Edit: Just tested using the previous version of Essentials (2.2) and it indeed works fine. Hopefully it's compatible with all the other updates. So far so good. I'll try and take this issue to the essentials thread now.
