Problem/Bug Hey, resource pack not working... Help

    Hey so ugh... I'm trying to add a resource pack to my server, but it's not working.

    ok so I added a link AND a sha1
    Here are the properties, I also deleted the ones that have absolutely nothing to do with this. Here are the somewhat related properties:

    #Minecraft server properties
    resource-pack-sha1=34b56dd60aee482877ea0c51d70782761a540901
    rcon.port=25575
    debug=false
    resource-pack=https\://www.dropbox.com/s/peyjbs4031293pb/Chuck%20RP%20V5.4.zip?dl\=1
    online-mode=false
    enable-rcon=false
