Suggested name: CommandCoolDown+

What I want: I need a plugin where if somebody has the permission commandcooldown.(command).(delay)
then it will make a command cooldown for that command for that amount of time. This way, donors can have a lower cooldown than normal players.
I also want it to support similiar commands, like /repairall and /repair.
The other plugins that I found for commandcooldown don't differentiate the difference between /repair and /repairall and think of it as the same command.

I have tried every plugin, so please don't link "this might work"


Ideas for commands: /commandcooldown reload - reloads the plugin

commandcool.down(command).(delay)
