TollgateAndPrivateMessage - Teleport trough a wall for money

MC Version: 1.13.1 bukkit/spigot
What is a tollgate?:

A tollgate is just a sign against the wall. When a player clicks on it, he is teleported through the wall. The player automatically pays an amount selected to him / her by the maker of the tollgate. The maker then receives a message and the player will also get a message.

Player Message: &eGeteleporteerd! Dit kostte je (amount of points) punten.
Owner Message: (THIS IS A PM): &e(Playername) heeft jou (amount of points payed to owner from player) punten gegeven omdat hij jouw tollgate heeft gebruikt.

A tollgate sign:

[Tollgate]
Notch (Tollgate Creator Username)
1.04 (The Price to teleport to the other side)

Creating a tollgate costs the owner 15 points, he will get nothing back if he destroys the sign, and deletes the tollgate.

If the owner (notch) goes through his own tollgate, it'll cost him nothing, he'll not get a PM and the player message for him will be: &eGeteleporteerd! Omdat het je eigen tollgate was, is het voor jou gratis!

The owner can do /tollgate list if he has the right permissions for it, and it will show him a list
of all his tollgates. If he doesnt have a tollgate, he will get a message: &eHelaas pindakaas, maar jij hebt nog geen tolpoorten!

Again, all the messages are configurable in messages.yml
The no permission messages are also configurable.

tollgate.create

Private Message Part:

Commands

/pm [playername] [message] - Send a PM to a player. (Permission: pm.send)

(The console can also send a pm for a player for the Owner Message of the tollgate part!)

/pm list - Shows a GUI with all the messages from players like this:

Sorry been busy. I can probably get the tollgate part done soon, I'm not sure if I have enough time to do the message part, can you explain more about it.

 

You can also skip the messagepart and just do te tollgate btw, because the messages are not really important

Here is the tollgate part, I did it in English because there was much more messages than I expected, and I didn't want to use google translate because its not always perfect. So all you have to do is change messages in the config and you are good to go. If you have any problems let me know. Link: DOWNLOAD


When you make a sign, you only need to put:
[Tollgate]
(price)

and it will automatically complete it like so:
[Tollgate]
(name)
(price)

If i go through my own tollgate, i'll get 100000 money

Doesn't make sense, because I didn't code it to do that. And also I can't replicate what you are getting. In my code, if your name matches the name on the sign, it won't give or take any money.
