PermissionsEX failed to load

I've been trying to open my own minecraft server, and I really like the PermissionsEX plugin. But every time I stop the server and start it, and then type "/pl" there is no plugins that says PermissionsEX. I have some other plugins too, like:
-Essentials-2.x-SNAPSHOT
-EssentialsAntiBuild-2.x-SNAPSHOT
-EssentialsSpawn-2.x-SNAPSHOT
-worldedit-bukkit-6.1

Maybe they're crashing together or something. But please help, I really wanna open this server.

 

I tried to delete the essentials plugins, but it didn't help

I've done it so many times.

 

I have my server in 1.8.8 and there is not a 1.8.8 version of PermissionsEX. Its only 1.8 and 1.8.1

I tried to change my minecraft server to 1.8, but It did not help.

But I'm going to have a PvP server. I can't pvp with 1.9+

Then use<Edit by Moderator: Redacted not allowed paid resource url> OldCombatMechanics[/URL] to have pre-1.9 combat in the newer updates.
