Essentials Fly Particles

I would like someone to make a Bukkit plugin that only when you're in the essentials /fly command, you get a certain particle effect following your feet. This won't happen when you're in creative mode using Minecraft's fly. Please make this for Bukkit 1.12, because I am using EssentialsX. If you can, please make it compatible for 1.11.12 and 1.12. The effect that I want is dragon breath, but please make a way to change the particle effect in the config.

 

So do you just want the particle effect or do you want the effect itself? And you just want it for the /fly command correct?

 

Just the particle effect following the person ONLY when they're in the essentials /fly, not the creative fly. Also please add a feature where you can change the effect in the config. Thanks!

 

@PuppersRbae Hey, I will try, but if another developer see's this they can do it as well. Because I am new and it will take a few hours.

You can edit the particle in the config, heres a list of names for them - https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/Particle.html

You can also edit the particle amount & speed via config.
