Here's a screenshot of my console:

Why doesn't it work? How can I solve the problem?

Either you have not port-forwarded correctly, or you have another program/server running on that same port. Are you sure that is the only server running at this time?

Also, 1024 is the bare minumum for a server. Try allocating more memory to Java.

[Edit] You are trying to run a 1.7.10 server. Please read this.

    Yes, I have.

How do I allocate more memory, how do I port-forward, and how do I check if something is running on the port?

[EDIT] What does the article mean?

    1. The Xms tag is the max amount of memory spaces allocated to the server. Increase that to whatever your max is (e.g. If you have 8Gb of ram, put 8G)
    2. This link explains how to port foward: http://bukkit.gamepedia.com/Port_forwarding
    3. Go to a place like canyouseeme.org, put in the 25565 port, and see if it is open. If it is, the port is being used. After that, either close the program that is using the port, or if you don't know which program it is, restart your computer.
    4. In short, do not run older servers. Older updates such as 1.7.10 are prone to exploits and hacks (so, if you have a public server, you have a high chance of someone breaking your server), there are no new plugins supporting 1.7.10, and there are devs who no longer want to help old servers. (so you are stuck only with the plugins you have if they break), and the longer you wait, the higher likelihood that you will not be able to transfer data to the newer updates (meaning you may be 'forced' to stay on an older update or else you will have to 're-build' your server again)

Did you use a different ip? Or did you leave it blank?

@AryaThePigeon Please kill all Java processes and start the server again.
