Theme Park Shooter plugin.

Hi everyone,

For my Theme Park server i need a Shooter plugin with various things. Sorry for my bad English but i live in Belgium

Commands & gun.

To begin, i would like the gun to be an Iron Hoe that shoots snowballs when right-clicked.
You get this in youre inventory with a command in a command block.

-Example: /Shooter @a[r=5] start

This would give you the gun and reset the players XP to 0. It would be cool if youre score could be shown in youre XP bar.

After a while the ride is over and you get the command:

-Example: /Shooter @a[r=5] stop

The gun would be taken out of youre inventory and the score in your XP bar would reset to 0 after a few seconds. Then a custom message in chat shows youre score and maby the topscore. Maby there could be signs with the 3 topscores + name of the player. (see images.)

IMPORTANT: the gun and the score in the XP-bar have to be removed when a player logs out or teleports!

Tagets.

I would like 2 targets (see image.). A dia block for 5 points and a gold block for 1. When hit with a snowball, the player gets the point(s) and the block changes to emerald for 5 seconds. When a Iron block is placed next to these targets (on any side!), the iron changes to a redstone block (that way i can use redstone effects). I alsow would like a XP-ding sound when a taget is hit.

Extra command.

-Example: /shooter (player) reset

To reset the score/topscore of a player.

I hope there is someone who can make this for me!
