What I want: Basically what I want is a dueling plugin. When 2 players duel they duel with their inventory and not any special gear. To start the duel the player has to type "/duel (player)" or "/duel (player) givebacks" and the game would start in 5 seconds. when the player types "/duel (player)" the loser in the duel will not get their items back. When the player types "/duel (player) givebacks" the loser will still get their items back".

When 1 player request to duel the other player the other player will receive the message saying "(player) wants to duel you with (givebacks or no givebacks)".

Also could you set it so you can make a command run to both players after they are done dueling in a config.

To set the 2 spawnspoints where the players duel begins you type "/duelsetspawn1" and "/duelsetspawn2"

Ideas for commands: "/duel (player)" , "/duel (player) givebacks" , "/duelsetspawn1" , "/duelsetspawn2"

IMPORTANT NOTE

anything or any word typed after "/duel (player)" besides the word "givebacks" is automatically seen as no givebacks

IMPORTANT PERMS

Ideas for permissions: duel.player , duel.player.givebacks , duel.setspawn1 , duel.setspawn2

Hey I might do this plugin and maybe if you agree I tought about some changes. What if the users could actually place bets.

For ex:

/duel <player> [agressive]

AGRESSIVE
They both get an inventory popped up where they can put items in. They can drop items in there which will be their bets. From then they will lose their bets.

It's just an idea I tought of you might like. If you agree to those conditions I will create the plugin since I think I can make a public project from this

you should add something like /duel setKit and when you do /duel {player} it opens a gui. that have all the kits in it.
Then you use /duel Setitem {Kit} then you set the item you are holding to the gui.

 

He doesn't want any special gear or kits.

 

actually this is why I made this thread. I haven't found a duel plugin like this to where you duel off of your inventory.
