I'm currently running a MacBook pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) OS X El Capitan
Processor: 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5
    Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
    Graphics: Intel Iris 1536 MB
and 28 gigabytes of free disk space out of 120 gigabytes (Not sure if thats necessary info)

I've created a server with 10 plugins (All the essential plugins, world edit, multiverse core and portals, and stair chairs) I'm running 4 worlds, Spawn, survival, A private world, and RolePlay, and I want somewhere between about 10 to 20 people to be able to get on at once, do I have the processing power to do this? If not, how can I somehow increase performance or make the amount of required power less? Buying things is out of the question, Im on an extremely tight budget

If you are not running anything else on the mac book, you may be able to play. 2.6GHz is good for non-intensive work (having only a few chunks loaded for a world/worlds, not having that much building/mining on the server, have very little mobs on the server, no minigames of any sort).

You can try it. It may be what you need, but you will need to to see.

[Edit] Just to let you know, the only thing that matters for severs is the processor. You don't need that much memory for the server (4GB for both RAM and free space should be enough for most servers) and graphics do not matter since servers do not actually display anything. If you plan on trying to upgrade your server, focus on the processor.
