Snow and Ice control

I need a plugin that stops water from turning into ice, that stops snow from generating naturally, and to stop ice and snow from melting. Would this be possible, or is there already a plugin that does this?

 

Could use something like that as well. We made a custom map generator, and of course got ourselves into trouble with Notch adding ice/snow forming. Have them forming in non-snow biomes now.

Very annoying for me too. Since I have updated my server to bukkit 818, I have ice everywhere -_-

 

We ended up modifying applicable class files in cb 818 to match up with our custom biomes, so that this behavior only occurs in Tundra biomes. But looks like we'll have to tweak them again as it seems Notch added ice forming to Tiaga biomes as well.

 

this should be in plugin requests, but it should not be too hard to make this.

@xsolar66 : that takes a lot and has many features. But it requires a custom build on bukkit that person made if you read the webpage, most likley there will be some plugins that will not work with that custom bukkit build.
