    Plugin category: Mechanics

    Suggested name: BalancedFly

What I want: When /fly is toggled on ONLY (Only when fly is being enabled) there should be a configurable warm up during which the player cannot take damage or move (If they do, the command will be cancelled)

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: balancedfly.bypass - Allows anyone with the permission (Default OPS only) to be able to bypass the fly warmup

    When I'd like it by:
    Preferably by next week :)

If this were to be a fly plugin, it'd have to be standalone, meaning the /fly command is provided by this plugin. Otherwise, we'd have to know what plugin for fly you are using and if it can be done with said plugin's API. I'm not sure anyone would enjoy working with another plugin to make this, so I'd recommend letting this plugin create the actual command /fly.

I've seen others replace Essentials fly. But yes, it could be standalone.

@timtower BoosCooldowns doesn't allow the cool down to apply only when /fly is being enabled.

Can you explain a bit better what you want the plugin to do?

@MrGeneralQ In Essentials, when doing /fly, it either toggles the fly ability on or off. When the fly ability is being toggled on, I want there to be a configurable warmup time during which the command will be canceled if the player moves or takes damage. If someone has /fly toggled on and they do /fly to disable the fly ability, there is no warmup.
