Problem/Bug Corrupted Chunks and no idea how to fix it!

Lovely community,

I made a server for my friends and after a week it got griefed because I didn't protect it god enough. Now I made a new world, but there is/are a/some corrupted chunks and if somebody logges in there, the server crashes. (I've attached the crashreport) The cunk errors are visible ingame too, big square holes etc.

However I tried a method back from 2011, but you can imagine that it doesn't work, so I would be glad if you can help me.

First, make a backup of what you have.

You can try Minecraft Region Fixer.

 

What @Bobcat00 said could fix it,what i use is WorldBorder and set a radius and it fixes ALL problems in the chunk WITHIN that radius,it may take long to long in a big radius but it does/should work.
