Useful Paper / Letter / Courier Reloaded?

What I want: I want players to be able to write on paper. I'd also like to be able to place finished letter in frame to post messages / information - kind of like a bulletin board.

There's a plug-in already that does VERY SIMILAR to what I want. It's called COURIER. Search for it. It actually works pretty good. It actually does more than just write a letter, it also let's you send a letter which is very cool.

The problem with COURIER is that when you put the letter in a frame it's very hard to read. There needs to be a margin around the text. I'm not sure if this is even possible.

This request could also be achieved by modifying the existing COURIER plug-in rather than re-writing it from scratch. The author of that plug-in has not logged in since mid. 2015, so sending a PM seems like it would not be worth-while.

Ideas for commands:

/letter <message goes here, \n for new line &7color codes would be nice too!.
/letter -clear to erase a letter
