Problem/Bug Pvp not working

Hello, I am currently hosting a server and I have a problem. I have checked everywhere and tried everything I could think of but I cant seem to get pvp working on my Bukkit server! These are the plugins I have installed:

Essentials
Groupmanager
EssentialsChat
EditbleSign
ClearLag
PerWorldPlugins
OITQ
HungerGames
WorldBorder
PerWorldInvenotry
mcMMO
EssentialsSpawn
WorldGuard
Multiverse-Core
MassiveCore
Factions
Movecraft
Multivese-Portals

I am pretty sure that it is not multiverse that caused the problem.

Does it say anything when you try to pvp on the server?

 

No it doesnt I cant use anvils but lava still works

 

maybe you're in a factions area, where the pvp is diabled

 

Factions is enabled on my server and works fine but I cant seem to find the config file for it..

You probably have already checked this but, In your server.properties pvp is set to true I'm guessing?

 

Yes it is true

It doesnt seem factions is a problem even after I removed the plugin
