Plugin Help Factions not functional in 1.8.8?

I'm having a serious issue... I've installed factions onto Spigot along with mastercore, odd thing is, the plugin loads in just fine, /plugins shows it as green, its shown to be loaded by the host, however there are no commands for it, i've done /f /factions and /faction, nothing works, doing /help shows taht factions has no commands at all, anyone know how to fix this issue?

Note: The only plugins i have so far are essentials, factions and mastercore

Have you tried downgrading to a version for 1.7.9 instead. Also, Tahg me if you are replying to me!

@Gamer_Shy try contacting the author its possible that its just a plugins own bug meaning w.e is tried here wont ever solve it and make sure that the new version is infact bug free or even 1.8.8

 

i have a server and factions is green but i do /f (then the command) it says unknown command

 

@winnipeg21 That a plugin is green only states that it was able to load the configurations but doesnt mean its able to load everything in the plugin therefor try contacting the author ask for help from him as he may know whats causes it and if so might even be able to fix it I've had it before and i asked the author went with a diff version and it worked.
