Hologram on top of the chest?

I'd like to get a code, in all the chests that are in the map was created over a hologram

State looking for plugin that had this and no I found none
The only thing that I found was something

But the code is obsolete and not be regarded the javadocs, help me!!

According to the plugin description, you will need Holographic Displays.
Not only that, but:
This project is abandoned.
The plugin might not work, so if you are looking for help, you should ask the author (@gal0511Dev).

 

I do not want this function, I want all of the boxes have chest particles

If you do not wan/can't work with Holgrpahic Displays, then you can try doing it manually this way:

1. Create a custom Entity Spawn Packet
2. Set the entities display name to be whatever you want the display to say.
3. Set the display name viable
   
4. Send all players online that packet.
