What I want:
if you right or left click a dispenser it opens a bank menu like this:

the latest line is the close menu and the values
emerald block = 1000
diamond block = 5000
gold = 500
iron = 100
gold = ingot 50
other lines are the blocks
in the top of the menu is your balace. example: 2 emeraldblock and one diamondblock on first line is waarde: €7000. in the top
if you click in block in inventory you deposit to accountif you click block in your account menu you withdraw him.


Ideas for commands: /openbank : open other player's bank. deposit or withdraw money

Ideas for permissions: bankaccount.open: permission for /openbank default:OP
bankaccount.openaccount: for opening account if click dispenser default: true

I use Essentials Economy and Vault.

Maybe if it is possible, you can see what you withdraw or deposit in chat?

EDIT: A couple of questions. Where is the money drawn from for deposit and what is given in a withdrawal? Also what is the sign-like object in the image and what should i replace it with>

The last question, i think you mean how to open the bank? That is the Dispenser.
First question if i understand you right, the money is from Essentials. Example: When you Withdraw a Diamond Block, a value of €5000 is taken from your Money & you get a Diamond Block in your hand.
