   How to open virtual anvil? (With virtual I mean it opens an anvil inventory where you can rename etc.)

   Unfortunately, if you create an anvil inventory with bukkit you can't fully manipulate it and it errors on an inventory click event, so you need to use packets for this: Set Slot, Window Click
