Help needed with Essentials!

i really need help with essentials evry time i load my server you cant put any commands in and the console says you have issued the command and the the command i tried to put in its so annoying but i need essentials for kitadder plz help this is whats in my console.
i have checked the console and found an error saying its out of date or something but i have just got essentils so how can it be.

What essentials are you using? The main essentials for bukkit doesnt work with 1.8 spigot...

Your Essentials is not up to date with your version of Spigot. Try replacing your current essentials.jar files with these: https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/Spigot-Essentials/
Additionally, you have several other plugins that are not up to date (EndlessEnchant, Factions). I recommend uninstalling them or finding an up to date version.
