HCTeams/Kohi koth plugin

Suggested name: HCFKoTH

What I want: i want to have a simple KoTH plugin from HCTeams or Kohi on their HCF servers that is for 1.7-1.8

Ideas for commands:
/koth list - views all of the koth cords and what time/date the koth will start
/koth loot - views the loot of the koth if you capture a koth you will get a loot key that if you open it with a ender chest you will get the loot from it
/koth loot add (rarity) - adds your entire inventory to the loot keys and the
rarity of the key is 1 for being rare and 100 to be common
/koth start (koth name) - starts a koth
/koth set time (koth name) (time limit to capture it) - sets a time limit to capture the koth
/koth end - ends the koth
/koth claim - gives you a claim wand to claim a territory for the KoTH you want to make that you right click for first position and left click for the second position
/koth view loot - views loot/edit any loot that you had made a mistake to and its listed by order when you do that it will have like the buy craft menu but its not, the loot will be in order from 1-200
