Custom Bans

Suggested name: Creative bans
What I want: A GUI based staff ban/mute/warn/kick plugin, it will show all of the players heads and once you click on the person it will give an option to punish them,

Ideas for commands: /ban /warn /tempban /kick and so on
Ideas for permissions: cb.ban cb.mute

When I'd like it by: whenever

 

That doesn't sounds like difficult

@NewDevOnTheBlock, it's not exactly the OP, but having all of the player's heads would be an issue for larger servers, especially for people who do stuff and then log out.
