   Suggested name: CustomKillStreak
   
   What I want: I would like a plugin that can do commands such as /nuke or something like that. I would also like there to be potion effects and an announcer "Player Has Just Reached A 5 KillStreak!". EX: 5 Killstreak = Speed 1, 1oo kill streak = /nuke
   
   Ideas for commands: /killstreak (player) shows the killstreak
   /killstreakall shows all killstreaks
   
   Ideas for permissions: killstreak.show
   killstreak.showall
   
   When I'd like it by: Today, ASAP
