   Suggested name: AutoBroadcasting
   
   What I want: I want a AutoBroadcast plugin that broadcasts a message every 60 seconds. The amount of seconds a message broadcasts is configurable in the configs and the broadcast messages is configurable also a prefix.
   
   Ideas for commands: /ab reload
   
   Ideas for permissions: ab.reload
   
   When I'd like it by: September
