What plugin is making Admins invisible on spawn? HELP!

Essentials is a possibility depending on how your have your permissions set.

But what is SpawnEffects? Do you have a link? I tried looking it up, but i can't seem to find it. It's is something Spawn regulated then it's a decent jump to assume it maybe caused by a plugin that effects that nature of spawning on your server.
