Question Default Players Are Able To Speak In Color Chat How Do I Fix That?

I Need Help With My Sevrer Default Players Are Speaking In Color Chat And I Cant Find The Reason Y Help PLz?!

 

This must be one of your plugins, if you have essentials installed, make sure users does not have permissions to following node. "essentials.chat.color".

If that doesn't fix the issue, I will recommend removing one plugin at a time to see which plugin is causing this issue.
