Plugin Request Simple Roleplaying Chat Plugin

I've been searching for a decent roleplay plugin that I can simply drag and drop into the server and run without having to do a ton of config stuff

= So, what do I want?
A plugin that is easy to config, and lightweight.

= What should it be able to do?
It should have the following things in it!
-Range (Ranged chat)
-Shout (A option to shout (Configurable amount of extra range for your message))
-Me (A message in /me form, also ranged if "range" is turned on.)
-OCC, or (( A light gray chat message for the whole server, no range limit, even when "range" is on
-Normal message (Nothing new here, just a plain message. Its white as always but if "range" is on, it should have a range.

= Permissions?
RPC.Spy (To see all messages, always. even with "range" on.)
RPC.Deny. Shout/Me/OCC (To deny certain aspects of the plugin, I don't really need this, so if its to much work, ignore this one)

= Commands?

(( or OCC to use a out of character message.
/me A ranged version of the essentials /me.
/shout A message with extended range. maybe with a different colour as well.
"normal message" This one isn't really a command, but it should have a limited range if "range" is on.

= Config?
The config should look something like this:

Use Permissions: false/true
OCC enable: false/true
Me enable: false / true
Range enable: false/true

#Ignore the Range if you have it to false.
#A negative value will disable it.
Range in X amount of blocks: 30
Extra range when shout in X amount of blocks: 10
Occ range in X amount of blocks: -1
