Client Refuses To Connect

    So, for whatever reason, my Minecraft client times out on the connection to my server. I don't think this has anything to do with the server because my webserver, filezilla, and putty are all pretty functional, and the only issue is Minecraft. I know 25565 is open, because I have Mine Query on and it is properly working. Also this error seemed to happen over night; I was able to connect to my server just fine a few days ago. Any clues?
