Gal Listener not giving the rewards

Well my GAL Listener is not giving money or anything it is supposed to. It says the message when i vote like bmcc1234 has voted @ minestatus and received 1000$ but I am not getting that money here is the config.

your commands must be in ' '. same with any messages.
