Understanding Protocollib and 1.8 - some things I need.

I've seen people be able to whip up many unique things with this library, however, a lot of the time, I have no idea where they read up on where these packets come from. So here are my questions.

1. Link to a tutorial on protocolLib in it's fullest?
2.Where to find Full documentation of all its functions and and all packets that exist within it / nms?
3.How to also implement the javadocs for craftbukkit / bukkit into my eclipse workspace.
4. How reliable is protocollib? Would it be safe to depend on it?

2. Javadocs, just like any other program
- Packets you can find on the protocol wiki.
3. You can easily google this one, and I'm tried of googling for you at this point
4. Pretty reliable, but there is always a chance of a lib not updating at the speed you want or just the project ending. It has been a very good project so far.
