How to add New Kits in my server ?

Hello Guys, How to Add A new kits in my server ?
Must be download the plugin ?
What is the plugin ?
Please give me link for download.
Now Kits in my server:
FireWork, Color...
But how to add a kits Vip,MegaVip ?

 

I see you got a essentials plugin.
Go to essentials>config.yml(Open with notepad++) and add new kits
eg.:
kits:
dtools:
delay: 3600 <--- Be sure that the delay word is there(this is the default diamond tools kit)
items:
- 278 1 efficiency:1 durability:1
- 278 1
- 279:780 1

The delay is set on seconds so
60 seconds in a Minute
3600 in a Hour
86400 in a Day
604800 in a Week
2628000 in a Month
31536000 in a Year

Access Config.yml after the plugin is installed. Find the "kit" section and modify as you please.
