Permission inheritance... not inheriting!

    Alright, so here's the problem: I give a permission to admin. The owner rank does not have that permission. I NEED THIS FIXED! The permissions are at http://pastebin.com/2PgvFm7x does ANYONE know what the issue is? Need help ASAP! Can't you see I'm trying to run a server here?

    shufflesninja Well if he's the owner he should be able to just op himself..
