Silverfish shouldn't hide them

Hello everybody,

is there a possibility to forbit that Silverfishes hide in blocks or destroy blocks?
I can't find something in the API for this topic!

Why are you placing silverfish stone or silverfish stonebrick? That's the problem

 

No, the problem is silverfish going into blocks themselves... It's a vanilla mechanic he wants to prevent.

Ummm....nms coding? I haven't looked, but if there is no bukkit coding, you'll need to rely on using NMS, which looks a heck lot more complex and tricky. Check out the tutorial by Jacek for that, then go and take a long time to study mob behaviour. Definitely not easy, but it might be your best solution
