CommandNPC problem

    I tried to install CommandNPC and Citizens 2. but neither plugins are working, all i get is this message on my console:

    ------------(PaidRanks Error)-------------
    Topic
    Required Dependencies
    Citizens.jar is not installed on the server! Shutting down.
    ------------(PaidRanks Error)-------------

    please help.

    Make sure you have installed citizens and that you named it to citizens.jar
