I am having an issue with factions. I have MCore and Factions, both 1.7.10. I uploaded both .jars and then followed through with a server restart. For some reason, neither of the plugins seem to be working. I can type /? or /plugins and all my plugins show up, but factions and mcore dont. They don't create server folders in my directory either... I have never had this issue, and was wondering what the problem could be?
Im no expert but, isn't MCore for older versions of Factions? I use Factions without MCore on 1.7.10 and its working fine. Are you sure you have the right factions version or perhaps MCore is not meant to be with the 1.7.10 version. Hope I helped a small bit.

I just deleted MCore, restarted, and still not getting anywhere with this. Could you possibly send me the factions that you are using? Not the link, but the direct .jar I'm using an older version of factions itself (I don't like the new claiming system). I'm using version "1.8.2". Try installing it, (make sure you delete MCore + all current faction plugin related objects). Get an older version of Factions. Here is my factions and this one works absolutely fine, MCore is NOT needed. Download VirusTotal For some reason, the older versions of Factions have more features than the newer one (?). For example, the new one doesn't have /f c f (f chat faction) or /f c a (f chat ally) which allows you to speak directly with your faction members only or alliance factions only.
