Playerlist color with Essentials

Hi,
I went through the Essentials wiki and did some research, but I was unable to find a solution for my problem.
I'm setting up the motd for my server using Essentials. Here is my motd.txt file :

&6Welcome, &3{PLAYER} &6!
&6Online players: &3{PLAYERLIST}&r.

Problem is, only the first player on the second line will show up colored, all the next ones will be in white.
There is probably a simple fix, but I've been unable to find it.

ChypRiotE Try to remove &r from end of the file, that may be causing it.

 

No, it's not the cause. I tried removing it but the player names stayed white, I changed it to &c and the names stayed white with only the dot at the end being red.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what i'm looking at. I searched for "list", "online", "player" in messages_en, but couldn't find anything related to the playerlist.
