Solved Spawn Speed Potion Effect?

I have been on so many servers that have the speed potion effect at spawn, but cant find which plugin it is D:

The plugin WG Region Effects doesnt work..

Does anyone know which plugin this is?

Do they have beacons? That is one way to get permanent speed.

 

I have tried beacons, but I want a speed faster than Speed II.

I use that same custom flag for WorldGuard, and it works perfectly for me. Did you make sure to also install WorldGuard Custom Flags?

 

By default, worldguard doesnt have a potion effect flag.

I've got MultiInv and need separate kits per world.

Yes, you can give them speed 9999 (Runs across the spawn in half a second) xD
