port bind help this is really hard to fix for me

this isnt ur ordinary error im getting *:25565 failed to bind port error and i port forward very carefully and corectly please help me server ip in properties thingy is empty

 

oOParallaxOo You are permitted to bump your thread once per 24 hours. Spam bumping it every few minutes as you have been results in your posts being deleted. I know it is frustrating when your server has problems and you're just waiting for someone to answer, but patience is a virtue. Sometimes it takes a little while for the right person to come along who can help with your problem.

I am probably not the right person to help with this; port-forwarding stuff is not my best area. Could you show us your startup log with the error in it?

restart the computer or update java
