Server Connection Problems

    So i have recently created a bukkit server for my friend to join, after dozens of tries, it finally worked but there's a problem, my friend joins and hes kinda frozen, if i break blocks under him he doesnt fall, commands take a long time to be done, i dont know what is the problem, my friend joins he said it is laggy and im frozen and its laggy, So how can i fix this problem?

    How much RAM do you have allocated to it, and what is your CPU looking like?

    I think 1024m, this is whats written in the .bat launch notepad.

    Weird, I have an i3 and I can run a server just fine...

    Try asking another friend to join your server and see how that works out for you. For all you know it could be their problem.
