Hello, I have set up my permission.yml file as following: users: Christoph_G: permissions: - mywarp.warp.basic.warp - mywarp.warp.basic.welcome robske_110: permissions: - mywarp.warp.basic.warp - mywarp.warp.basic.welcome Have I done anything wrong?
IF you want help, use pastebin, paste it all there. And yes, use yaml parsers to verify that your spacing/strings are all good and error free. Then if it still doesn't work, come back here with pastebin. we'll help
PASTEBIN Ok I have pasted it there (link below) But must I use this in the permission.yml? (The output from YAML Parser!) PASTEBIN
GroupManager is the easiest. if you are too lazy to setup perms its as simple as installing it. to promote somebody you do /manuadd <name> <group>
robske_110 Don't expect a straight answer from anyone on which plugin is best. PEX and GroupManager, however, are the two most popular. I personally use GroupManager, but it is all your call. Also, you can leave the permission.yml file that is in your server's main folder alone, it gets covered by your plugin as far as I have experienced.
