But the sooner the better. =-=-=-=-=-=- This is a serious issue on my economy based server that also uses creative for certain players. Most can be trusted to not spawn 1,000 diamond blocks and then sell them and ruin the economy, but often players get through. We already have a plugin limiting what they can do, for example put stuff in chests.. PVP, all the kinds of stuff you can imagine having. The issue is we had to block builders from placing certain items, something we don't want to do, because survival players can hop on over and simply destroy it, then sell it at the shop. I want to keep this plugin, but I feel we as a community need a plugin that if players don't have a certain rank or permission, can't place "real" blocks. They can only place "ghost" blocks that can't be picked up. They should surely be able to be mined, but nothing should fall. I don't know Java that well, but I can't imagine this being to hard. A simple permission and maybe some code that when blocks are placed in creative they don't drop anything when broken? I know some plugins claim to do this, I have searched everywhere but none of them actually work. If you develop a plugin like this it will surely be a hit. "CreativeControl" simply does not work (Yes I have tried it numerous times) and I will try Antishare now, thanks, I will get back to this thread. Antishare does not block selling in chestshops, a feature that LimitCreative does have, which is very important. I still need plugin created. You could request those things at the developers that already have those plugins. Or just make the creative world depended, don't give the users the ability to create shops in the creative world, issue solved
Well I have. I just thought I should also come here as this kind of plugin, there is only about 2-3 working ones, 1 of those is abandoned.. its a very small percentage of plugins. I just need this little thing, I don't need a whole big plugin. And me and the admins have discussed that, something we don't want to do.
