Custom Join Items - Permissions NOT WORKING!!

Hi, ive had a really annoying issue with the custom join items plugin lately, ive tired every permission possible and the player DOES NOT spawn with the item, im using chest commands with this so its the server compass selector, the player can type /menu and they have perms to open the chest command menu but no one will spawn with the item itself pls help, thanks.

Sorry, I've never used that plugin so I know pretty much nothing about it.
I probably account for 4 of your views though, because I keep looking every time you bump, lol.

 

Im sure alot of hub server use it its a big plugin for hub servers, right now i use as i sortof explained above chest commands gui and custom join items for selecting servers but i think it will just be better if i get a plugin that does all of that in 1.
