Double Chat: Strange Issue

1. What OS are you using (Brand and version - Ex. Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 x64)?
OS X, Version 10.8.5
2. What architecture is the OS you are running (x64 or x86)?
x64 I believe
3. What version and architecture is your java install? (Type: java -version in command prompt.)
If you run any GNU/Linux, run this command to get all 3:

4. Are you running any wrappers? McMyAdmin, mcadmin, Hamachi, etc?
No Wappers

5. What build of CraftBukkit are you running? (do NOT say latest. Say the build number.)
The build number is displayed in the top of the server.log.
server is running CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-1.7.2-R0.3-66-g43d8943-b3078jnks (MC: 1.7.9) (Implementing API version 1.7.9-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

What the owner of Factions has recommended, and Essentials Chat removal.

Sounds like a plugin. Perhaps Colors or EssentialsChat?

 

Right after you said it, I went into my config for colors and turned off its chat settings! Thanks a bundle!

 

As extra information, this happens when factions is ran with 2 or more chat plugins.
